- Backup. A backup is a copy of data from computers that are taken and stored somewhere else. It is stored elsewhere because it can be used to restore the original data after a data loss event.

2) Landscape. A landscape is a horizontal orientation to display wide-screen content, such as text or an image.

3) Orientation. Orientation is a term to describe an overall layout of any item related to other items.

4) Portrait. A portrait is an orientation of the page that prints the image or text not horizontally, but vertically.

5) Save As vs. Save. Save As helps store already existing files or new files to a new location with either a new name or the same name. Save helps update the most recent saved files with the most recent content.
